Samsung Refrigerator update
We are aware there are several logistical problems which are delaying the campaign, many of which are individual to you. Some of you already have your refrigerator, whilst others are still patiently waiting.
Whilst we understand that this is super-frustrating for you, we do want to assure you that resolving these issues is our number one priority, and we are working together with the client, and the client’s logistics company, to do so. We ask you to please bear with us whilst we are looking into these matters.
We will update you one way or another within the week. For those who are concerned about not having much time left within the campaign, please rest assured that we are able to change the parameters and dates of the campaign, and this is something that we will do should it come to that.
Should you have any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact us at infouk@theinsiders.eu. We cannot promise that we will be able to resolve your individual query within the next seven days, but we can promise to respond to each of you individually.
