A short delay in ending Philips campaign
Hey Philips Insiders!
Since many Insiders joined the Philips campaign in July, we have decided to extend the review period, so that everyone has enough time to experience the product and write a review about it. This means, also you will get the unique opportunity to experience the product longer. And find out everything about your product. In the end, you can still decide whether you would like to keep or return the product.
We’re expecting to end the campaign at the end of August or early September.
How to return the product and get the refund?
At the end of the campaign we will send you an email with end-survey, in which you will choose either to keep the product or return it. If you don't like the product, you can choose to return it. Our transport partner will come to your house and take it back. After receiving the device, we will refund the deposit for you. Please keep the full packaging in case you want to return it.
Until then, please be patient, we will keep you posted about all the steps needed, you just need to fill in the end-survey and we will do all the rest to assist you. Please don't be worried.
