7 Tips to Save Battery
Would you like to enjoy your Fossil Sport for even longer without having to charge your smartwatch? Check out these tips to help save your battery:
- Try another watch face - some dials with animations and interactive features use more battery than others.
- Adjust the brightness - the brighter your screen, the faster the battery runs out.
- Turn off certain notifications - you can do this easily in your watch settings.
- Use the Theater mode - with theater mode you can temporarily switch off the display and notifications.
- Turn off the Always On mode - the longer your watch is on, the more battery is used.
- Remove certain apps - if you've noticed your battery suffering more after installing a new app, try deleting that app.
- Turn off NFC - it is useful to always be able to pay with your watch, but that function requires a lot of your battery. Turn NFC off if you don't need it.
When your watch battery reaches 9%, Battery Saver mode is enabled - this turns your smart device into a simple watch to allow for an additional 2 days of time-telling functionality.
We hope this helps with some of the concerns we've received over the Fossil Sport battery life. If you have any other questions, have a look through the Fossil FAQ.
