With this survey, both Hoover and The Insiders will learn what you think about the Hoover H-Free HF18CPT, how it can be improved, etc. It’s also the only official way to let us know whether you want to keep or return your Hoover H-Free HF18CPT – you can choose to either:
 

Keep your at the exclusive The Insiders price you have already paid, OR

Return your device to us in return for the remaining cost of the money you paid being refunded.
