What to do in the campaign

If you are lucky enough to be selected for this campaign, then we have several campaign tasks for you to carry out! Read on to find out more:

 

Step 1 – Discover your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto

Before anything else, you really need to get to know the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto. The most important thing for any coffee lover is of course how the coffee tastes, so we recommend the first thing you do upon unboxing (apart from taking an unboxing photo and sending to the Photocorner, of course!) is to make yourself a cup. With over 30 coffee creations to be prepared at the touch of a finger, you have a big decision to make straightaway.

Start to really get to know the features of the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto. From its 1.8l water tank capacity to the extra-large cup mode, the energy saving function to the descaling alert, there is plenty to enjoy about the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto – take your time in trying all these features out.

Become an expert in the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto.

 

Step 2 – Write your My Review

After you’ve got to know your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto, we want you to share your experience in a ‘My Review’. On the X week, we’ll open up the My Review tab here on the campaign page and direct you to it via email.

  • Simply go to the My Review tab,
  • click the ‘Write your testimonial’ button, and then start writing!
  •  Give your review a title, rate it out of five stars, and then write down your first impressions.

You can even add a couple of photos and a video too! Improve upon and add to your My Review throughout the campaign, and you’ll receive helpful tips from our Online Review Coach to make it the best it can be!

 

Step 3 – Transform it into Online Reviews

Once your My Review is perfect, and our Online Review Coach gives you the official go-ahead, you will have the perfect blueprint to use for your Online Reviews.

Here on the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto campaign page, you’ll soon see the Online Reviews button.

  • Click on it, and you will see several websites where you can post a review
  • Select one and hit the ‘Visit the retailer’s website’ button, and this will take you to the individual website, where you can write your review. (It can take up to 72 hours before your post is published).

Once you’ve got confirmation of your review being published:

  • return to the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto campaign page, and
  • click the Online Reviews button once more
  • Paste the URL of your review and provide the username that you used on the review site as well.

Make sure you do your Online Reviews for all the websites we give you.

 

Photos & Social Media

One of the highlights to any campaign with The Insiders is, of course, photos!

We have two main ways that you can share your photos:

  • Photocorner: Just click the Photocorner tab, and then hit the +Upload button. Just make sure your picture is in jpeg format and doesn’t exceed 5MB.
  • Social Media: Post your photos on your social media accounts for all your friends and family to see. The only thing to remember here is to use the campaign hashtags: #insidersUK_Majesto and #TheInsidersUK. 

Specially designed for professional usage

The intuitive interface allows full personalisation and customisation, meaning everyone can enjoy their favourite coffee just the way they want.

  • The NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto’s connectivity function means your machine always has the latest beverages
  • Automatic service reminders tell you when your coffee machine needs maintenance and guides you through the descaling process

During subscription for candidacy, no deposit is requested. After the subscription period is closed, a shortlist will be made. This temporary selection will hold a number of candidates that fit the consumer profile for the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto campaign. An email will then be sent to those candidates, containing a link to a payment screen on either The Insiders or Viking Direct whereby you are requested to make the £174 deposit (RRP is £369.94, giving you 53% off the market price). The first 200 candidates from the shortlist who successfully make a deposit (or in the case of those going via Viking Direct, successfully make the payment on the Viking Direct website) are automatically selected for the campaign and will receive the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto at their home. A confirmation email of final selection will be sent following registration.

If you wish to return your device after the campaign, you will have the option to send it back to The Insiders or Viking Direct free of charge and you will receive a refund of £100 for the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto device. Please note: You will not be refunded for the coffee consumed within the campaign (£74).

 

Returns

Towards the end of the campaign, we will ask you via email to complete our End Survey. It’s really important that you do this, as it’s the only way you can let us know whether you want to retain or return your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto.

  • If you have enjoyed using the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto, and elect to keep it, then simply let us know in the End Survey. We’ll retain the special The Insiders discount that you paid as a deposit, whilst you carry on using your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto!
  • If you decide against keeping the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto and wish to return it then, again, you’ll need to let us know by filling out the End Survey. Once you’ve done that, we will send you an email with more information and instructions on how to return your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto, and when to expect your full refund.

Please note: You will not be refunded for the coffee consumed within the campaign (£74), only the NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Majesto device
